In January 2023, Avery Dennison officially signed an agreement to acquire Thermopatch, an innovative company focused on textile labeling and decoration. Thermopatch is a global market leader in textile labels, transfers, and emblems. Since 1934, the company has been dedicated to providing professional laundry solutions for industries such as healthcare, workwear laundry, hospitality, and schools uniform. Its product range includes permanent wash labels, heat presses, printers, and heat transfer emblems, which are widely used in healthcare, hospitality, and sports sectors.

HiQ 标签

HiQ tape, developed by Thermopatch, is a flexible and strong thermal tape with great adhesion. It has been the worldwide standard in the industrial laundry sector for years. Thermopatch also offers a variant of the successful HiQ tape: Hytex. A Hytex label is actually HiQ tape, but with a self-adhesive layer. This additional layer makes the positioning of a label easier, by keeping the label in place during the sealing process. Hytex is also resistant to intensive washing processes.
